Description
Custom HTML Product and Design Category custom themes It is now possible to add custom HTML to a product or design category. This custom HTML will appear on the page when the category is selected effectively creating a custom themed category.

This is ideal for product or design categories like “Mothers day”. When selected the custom HTML including text and images is displayed at the top of the custom creating custom branding.
Affiliate Management Create "Support" contact form for Affiliate stores Affiliate stores now have a Contact Support form in their back-end Manage Store section. The form will generate an email that is sent directly to the Fulfillment Center Customer Support email address set in Fulfillment Settings > Fulfillment Contact Details.
Product Management All products to be Tax Exempt on a product level DecoNetwork has always allowed a Product Type such as Apparel to be tax exempt. This new improvement allows a particular product such as 100% Youth Tshirt to be tax exempt overriding the Product Type tax exempt settings. This new improvement is particular useful for regions where youth and children products are tax exempt.
  Allow text and design objects to be locked in Pre-Decorated products In previous versions of DecoNetwork all text and designs added to a pre-decorated product could be moved, deleted or edited by the consumer if the product is set to 'allow customize'. In V2.05 the store owner can lock one or any number of text or design objects. Some text or design objects can remain unlocked to allow editing creating a product with both locked (un-editable) and unlocked (editable) objects. This feature is available when creating a new pre-decorated product in Manage Store > Products > Manage Pre-Decorated Products. Select "Lock this layer" under the Advanced options of an object.
Useability Ability to turn off color slider in the color picker window In the previous version DecoNetwork consumers were presented with a color slider to select colors for text or
designs. The consumer also had a choice to select a fulfillment defined custom color palette however the default was the slider. In V2.05 the Fulfillment Center can turn off the slider and default only to their custom color palette.
  Optimize page loading Backend and internal changes have improved the loading speed of the DecoNetwork system. Users should experience an improvement in their use of their website.

Marketing Facebook "Like" button A Facebook "Like" button is now available for pre-decorated products and designs. Consumers can click "like" and they are prompted to log into their Facebook account. The comment will appear on the consumers Facebook 'Recent Activity' list
Useability Show message on Design and Product page when there are no designs or products.

A message will be displayed on the store Design and Product page when there are no designs or pre-decorated products in the store. The message will be in two formats:

Logged in Administrator message:
You have not added designs to your store, why don't you add some now!

Customers message:
Get started and design your own product now!

Product Management New Product Type category “Carry It” A new Product Type category "Carry It" has been introduced for items such as bags and other 'carry' related products and accessories.
  Ability to delete test orders and 'used' products Previously it was not possible to delete test order or delete products that have been ‘used’ such as purchased by a customer or configured to a decorated product. It is now possible to delete ‘used products'. To delete a product browse to Mange Fulfillment Center > Products > Manage Products. Select 'delete' next to the product you want to delete. It is also possible to delete test order. To delete a test browse to Manage Fulfillment Center > Order > Review Orders. Select 'Delete' next to the blue-highlighted test order.
Payment System Support additional card types in Sage Pay

Decoration Process Embroidery files created at a larger size than expected Previously some embroidery files created in DecoNetwork were larger than expected. This has now rectified.
Useability Changes made to the thumbnail size in Website Pages > Home > Blank Products is not saved The change is size made to the thumbnail size in Website Pages > Home > Blank Products was not being saved. This has now been rectified.
  [Name] is not being replaced by Store Name in the “Designer” help topic. The variable placeholder [Name] was not being replaced by the store name in the “Designer help topic. This has now been rectified.
 Product Management Product Type name is not refreshed on the website when modified When a Product Type name is modified in Manage Fulfillment Center > Products > Configure Product Type the change did not refresh within the store websites. This has now been rectified.

Product Management Page Image Browse and Upload option missing in Internet Explorer The Page Image Brower and Upload option was missing in Internet Explorer under Manage Store > Website Pages. This has been rectified.
  Categories list scrolls of the page in the designer library The categories in the designer library scrolled off the page in Internet Explorer 7 and 8. This has been rectified.
  CMYK JPEGs distorts when uploaded to DecoNetwork JPEG files using CMYK distorted with the display of lines. This has been rectified.
  Order of stock designs is not maintained When organising stock designs the order was not maintained. This has been rectified.
Payment System Could not issue a defect for PayPal Standards It was not possible to issue a refund using PayPal Standards. This has been rectified.
Useability Available colors for mugs do not displayed correctly in both Firefox 3 and Internet Explorer 6 Previously the available colors for mugs were not displayed correctly in FireFox 3 and Internet Explorer 6. This has now been rectified.
 
  Custom CSS does not work with the “Glow Lines” template Custom CSS was not being applied when the “Glow Lines” template was used. This has now been rectified.
  Product Information page displays thumbnails of disabled product colors When a product color was disabled the thumbnail for the color still displayed on the Product Information page. This has now been rectified.

Affiliate Management Optional Affiliate transaction fee It is now possible for a Fulfillment Center to charge an Affiliate Store a transaction fee for orders created through their store. This is set via Manage Fulfillment Center > Global Store Settings > Setup Store Options > Affiliate Transaction Fee. A custom label for this fee can also be defined.
Product Management Design and Pre-Decorated Product mouse over A new mouse-over popup is available for designs and pre-decorated products in the store view. When a consumer rolls their mouse over a design or pre-decorated a larger popup of the design will appear in a floating window. This can be enabled in the ‘Decorated Products’ and ‘Designs’ elements of the Home, Designs and Products page. This pane can be styled using CSS class img.preview_image {}
  Fruit of the Loom Product Catalog The Fruit of the Loom product catalog including 52 products ranging from t-shirts to poloshirts and sweatshirts is now available. Be sure to check local pricing and availability with your local supplier before adding these products to your store.

Currency Live Shipping mark-up currency symbol The currency symbol is now listed next to the Live Shipping Mark-up field.
Store Discount tables in store front Discount table is now shown on the Create, Shop and individual product pages promoting the discount levels within a DecoNetwork site. This can be enabled in Manage Store > Website Pages > Create or Product page and enable ‘Discount Structure’.
  Prevent accidental double ordering Previously click-happy customers may accidently order twice by clicking the Checkout confirmation icon twice. It is no longer possible to submit an order twice preventing double billing of a customer.
  12 new Store Templates 12 new store templates are available ranging from hand-drawn, grass and space.
  Filter by Decoration Type on Design page Consumer can now filter and sort designs on the Design page by Decoration Process such as Printing and / or Embroidery. Enable this in Manage Store > Website Pages > Designs > enable Show Decoration Processes Filter.
  Display rounded price in Manage Pre-Decorated Products The rounded price is now displayed in Manage Pre-Decorated Products avoiding confusion over price displayed in Manage Pre-Decorated Products compared to the store front.
 
  Design thumbnails are now transparent Previously the thumbnail background matched the store background. As a result, if the store background was black dark designs were not visible on the dark background.
Product Management Popup warning when removing a decoration process If a decoration process such as Embroidery is removed a popup warning is presented warning the Fulfillment Center some products are using this decoration process and may affect these products.
  “Mark the Product as processed when design is downloaded” OFF by default In the previous release “Mark the Product as processed when design is downloaded” was turned ON by default. As a result when the Fulfillment Center downloaded the design it changed the status to “Awaiting Shipping”. This caused confusion to the customer as the order was actually ‘In production’. This option is now OFF and the Fulfillment Center must mark the order as processed when complete and ready for shipping.
  Improved Print Order Sheet performance The speed at which the Print Order Sheet is generated for download has been improved.
  Order of products in Manage Pre-Decorated Products page is maintained. A defect occurred where the order of the products as set in Manage Pre-Decorated Products page was not maintained. This has been rectified.
  Product not visible in the store when filter by category Some products were not displayed correctly when the category was selected in the store. This has been rectified.
Custom HTML “We’re sorry something went wrong” occasionally appears when attempting to save Custom HTML
changes.

This also limits the maximum number of colors the system will automatically split (display) from uploaded artwork.

Stitch Count Per Sq. Inch Manage Fulfillment System > Decoration Processes > Configure > 'Configure' embroidery process Set the approximate number of embroidery stitches in a square inch.
Limit Assets By Number Of Colors Manage Fulfillment System > Decoration Processes > Configure > 'Configure' embroidery process Set the maximum number of colors a decoration library embroidery design can have. Designs with colors greater than this amount will not display for your customers.
Embroidery Price Table Manage Fulfillment System > Decoration Processes > Embroidery Price Table Create an unlimited number of Embroidery Price Tables. You can associate Embroidery Price tables to a Merchandise Type or Decoration Location. i.e. one price table for caps and another price table for apparel. Or, one price table for left chest, another price table for full back.
